"PLEASE TAKE NOTICE" The regular meeting time for all meetings and programs has been changed. All meetings will now begin at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month Volunteers Fall has turned into winter here in the Canisteo Valley as it has across the country. Winter has brought higher gas prices and fuel bills. We have had some real good fundraisers this past year and want to extend a special thanks to all who contributed and worked at the 'Election Day Pie Sale' and the 'Christmas Cookie & Craft' sales. Your response was heart warming. In 2000 with member support we had the following income: Flea Market: 186.70 May Rotary Lunch: 147.50 Aug Rotary Lunch: 170.00 Booth at the Fair: 166.00 Pie Sale: 351.00 Cookie Sale: 247.00 Craft Sale: 201.00 New To You: 59.00 Total: $1.528.20 The remaining income is from Dues, Donations and general sales. So please remember us when you are sorting or cleaning this spring. Donations of Flea Market items, New-To-You and craft items are appreciated. We are always looking to increase our photo collection. If you do not want to part with your pictures we can copy and/or scan them, leaving you with the original. Do you have a family history you would like to share? We would like to make a copy of it for our files. Any other articles of local historical interest would be greatly appreciated for our scrapbooks.
